By installing, accessing, or using AutoClicker (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of service#
AutoClicker is a Chrome browser extension that automates mouse clicking actions. The Extension provides users with the ability to automate repetitive clicking tasks with configurable targets and intervals.
The Extension is provided “as is” for your convenience and productivity.

- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Extension without permission
Gaming disclaimer: the use of automation tools in online games may violate the terms of service of those games. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AutoClicker complies with all applicable game rules and regulations.
4. User responsibilities#
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service
- Any actions performed using the Extension
- Protecting your device and data from any potential risks associated with using automation software
- Using the Extension in a manner that does not interfere with or disrupt other users or services
5. Disclaimer of warranties#
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties that the Extension will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Extension
We do not guarantee that the Extension will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all websites or applications.
6. Limitation of liability#
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from actions taken using the Extension
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (if any) or $0 if the Extension is provided free of charge.
7. Intellectual property#
AutoClicker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension without our express written consent.
8. Termination#
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
9. Indemnification#
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoClicker and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Extension or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law#
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Severability#
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
